  Securely pack your items in their original DUVAL packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
